I applied online. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Arlington, VA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Two parts. One at the office and the other one was observation by one of the infant room teachers. The director was interested in someone with previous experience who is well aware of all the rules. She asked some questions about how to plan for the day, how to make sure that the infant room is safe and age appropriate tools are available.then I had to go to one of the toddlers rooms where I spent about 30 minutes interacting with teachers and children and was observed by the lead teacher who then submitted a quick evaluation to the director. This observation played great deal in the process. So, take it seriously.
