I applied online. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (South San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2012
Interview
First was an evening group interview. Overview of company and positions were given. Directors came out to greet us and we broke up into groups and toured the site. After the tour, we sat in one of the lobby areas and began another small group interview. It was 4 of us with one director, and she asked each of us a few questions. The director seemed very sweet, like the type of person you'd expect to work with children - happy tone, always smiling, etc. The women interviewing with me were both young & old (2 under 30 & 2 over 30).

Question 1
Easy common question like what do you know about our company, we’re you see yourself in 5 year .
I met with a director and the interview was pretty straightforward. She asked about my experience, qualifications, and some hypotheticals surrounding childcare and dealing with parents. I was then also shown around the site and told more about what Bright Horizons does.
