Interview
The interview process is usually 2/3 steps. You have two telephone interviews or it can be just one telephone and one face to face. Someone from the main company usually calls you to discuss pay and some simple safeguarding questions and scenarios and expectations and then you move forward to face to face interview. Face to face interview again is mainly based in safeguarding. This should come east to you if you know the job and have worked in early years. The ask you about DSL and other agencies and ‘what would you do’ scenarios.
