When I first applied for the job, they sent me a rejection letter. Two weeks later, they sent me an interview offer. The person in charge of my interview was so inexperienced. He has only been with the company for a few months, so he couldn't answer my questions about company culture ("But I have a sister who been the company for seven years," he would proclaim). The interview was all over the place and he told me there was like several stages in the interview process (more than the standard three). Who has time for that? I decided not to pursue anything further since I was turned off by the interviewer's unprofessionalism. He sent me the rejection letter a few days later, but it didn't matter anyway.
