The interviewer was very nice and she helped answer my questions. She described many aspects of the job and the process of getting certified. The interview was about 30 minutes.

What would you do if your client was agitated or started to get aggressive?
The interviewer was friendly, clear about the role and responsibilities and was transparent about the organization overall. The interview was around 20 minutes and the mission and values is reflected during this process.
