I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol West Insurance Group (Wilmington, DE) in Aug 2018
Interview
Interview process was standard compared to other organizations.
Applied online; phone interview; onsite interview - interview process was easy. Onsite interview was a panel interview focusing on behavioral based interview questions relative to specific competencies / skills.
I’m disappointed to hear of your interview experience. Your feedback is appreciated and we have made some adjustments to our interview process since your interview. Our current interview process begins with a phone interview, followed by an onsite panel interview focusing on Behavioral Based Interview questions. Again, I’m sorry for your interview experience.

Question 1
Interview questions were focused on competencies in a Behavioral Based Interview.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bristol West Insurance Group (Brea, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Basic star questions. Interview was an 1 hour long. Interviewed with 2 managers and 1 manager was falling asleep as I answered my questions. Very unprofessional. They sit you with an employee while they discuss your answers with a hiring manager. If you speak with the hiring manager, you may get the position. If not, you’re opportunity has passed.
