Interview process included core competency questions as well as questions regarding interest in organization. They were very interested in learning about my professional background and what led me to the British Council. They also wanted to know what I could bring to the table.

Describe a time where you had to manage multiple deadlines and projects. How did you handle the situation and what was the result?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at British Council (London, England) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was interviewed by two people. One was a senior project manager, the other the former holder of the vacant position. During the interview, it turned out the position has become vacant because the incumbent had been promoted.

The questions were standard: why i want to the job? what is my relevant experience?, etc. At the beginning, the senior project manager remarked that I was overqualified for the position and asked me if I wish to continue the interview

4 persons in panel , 2 experts and 2 from the project management. Cause BC didnt have office in Banja Luka the interview was conducted in the hotel. everything lasted not more then 30 min
