I was invited to the interview via email and given a lot of information about the recruitment process. The information was very detailed and they even told me that they use the STAR method of interviewing. The panelists were professional but friendly and made me feel at ease.

At first the job published in bdjobs.com. Following that shortlisting was done with 4 candidates. Then Interview called. Following that background check was done. Finally the salary negotiation also conducted,
