Interview
You need to apply using the company application form (now web-based). 2. Face-to-face panel interview with 3-4 people from the company. They take turns in asking questions and take notes during the interview. You can ask also questions at the end of the interview.
The whole recruitment process takes a while.

Previous experience, interest in the job and situational / behavioural questions where I was asked to give examples from my previous jobs. You are expected to describe a problem and talk the steps you took to overcome the difficulties and get the job done.
