I was employed via the agency as they had previously gotten me a job else where, they remembered me when in again and thought I would be a good fit. I had a telephone interview then a face to face with the manager.

it was a conversational interview, there is such a family culture at Brook street they asked about my previous experience, why I left, what I was looking for now in terms of career progression, why this job appealed to me.
