I only had one interview. It was very straightforward, and it felt like more of a conversation about my experience and interests. After applying, it took around two-three weeks to hear and then another two weeks after the interview until I got the offer.

One phone interview, it was with the direct supervisor and a more junior member of the team. A few questions about past experiences and interest in the role. They gave a conditional offer after that interview, pending a reference check
