The interviewing process was rather standard. I applied, they contacted me and we set up a date, after the interview I gave them my information so that they could do a background check, lastly I was informed that I was accepted.

What was a challenge I had been faced with and how did I overcome it.
Very non-traditional interview. They made me go to the back of the store and we did the interview standing by the dressing rooms. Very friendly but sort of awkward to do an interview that way, I guess there was no office?
