The sit you down and just talk to you not much of an interview more of a conversation they pretty much hire any buddy off the street if not for the position that they applied for just random position like I said they will hire pretty much every one for something they don't care if you can do the job or not because there turn over rate is high and you can be easily replaced by someone else
