First round technical only. Then they didn't proceed. They required candidate from food processing equipment manufacturer. Interview was for 1 hour and involved deep technical questions and behaviour related. Lot of time don't on current work.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Buehler (Lake Bluff, IL) in Jul 2024
Interview
Had to put together a presentation and deliver it to the team. Presentation is around 10-15 minutes and is just a creative way to introduce yourself to the panelists. Then we had a few one on ones. The team was professional. The interview did not reveal much about what was needed for the position. It was kind of shooting in the dark as to giving them the information they were requesting.
The other point that was interesting is not hearing back from them on the status of my application. At this point I would assume I am no longer in the running, but still have not received a rejection.

Interview
Friendly, very professional environment. A total of 4 people interviewed me. Two of them were connected remotely via camera. Highly recommend this company although it didn’t work out for me.
