Meeting with hiring manager to assess experience level, management style, and understand the value of the product in the market. Really straight forward and clear process and a good conversation overall. Seems like a strong company.

It’s was a very straightforward process. I really enjoyed that I got to learn so much about Builder.io throughout the interviews. Although they challenge you they are never out to get you. It was a fun process going through all the rounds of interviews.
It was also a breath of fresh air having an amazing process that didn’t take more than 2 months to get through all the rounds of interviews. They’re a group of amazing people that you’ll want to work for!

Traditional pipeline: Recruiter screen, leadership interview, teammate interview, hiring manager interview, another teammate interview; then offer chat. Recruiter stayed in touch with me throughout and was very helpful. It was nice meeting leadership right away instead of as a final stage.
