1 phone interview, 2 in-person interviews. Follow-up phone call if job offer is made. Both in-person interviews were panel interviews which focused on personal experience and some standard HR questions. "Name a time when...Etc." Interviews took about 1 hour each and were with 2-3 people. Professional references were requested and a background check was performed.

Interview
Interviewed at the companies HQ in front of about 3 manager. The managers took turns asking questions for about 45 minutes. After the personal interview there was a lunch interview with a separate manager. About a week later I was offered my position.
