Applied online, received an email to schedule a call with a recruiter, had my phone screening then was told via email I'd be moving forward, met with 2 others on the team and then the manager

Can you explain why you want to work here even though your most recent experience is completely unrelated?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Buildout in Jan 2024
Interview
Was a long interview process, with a 3 hour interview as the final step. In addition, there were personality assessments, a skills assessment, and a video submission. In total, the process took at least 8-10 hours.
Unfortunately, no constructive feedback was provided, when after completing all steps, there was not an offer.
