Interview
Initial call was friendly and thorough, but shut down around any talk of progression. There was mention of growth within the team but seems the focus was on filling seats short term which was disappointing.

Question 1
Typical background and experience was discussed, but there was a greater weight given to difficult situations or customers. I got the sense that they were looking to fill out a complaints department or the like, which was a surprise.
3 Stage interview - online assessment, telephone interview and formal interview. Online assessment was fairly easy. phone interview very casual and short. Formal interview was conducted remotely and consisted of ‘tell me a time’ questions.
