Interview
I had a first introductory interview over the phone. Noting out of the ordinary . Standard get-to-know-you questions.
There was then a personality, grammar, and written test.
Following the test there is another interview with the VP

Interview
Phone screening and first interview, then exam, then another in-person interview. It took a little while. The exam consisted of writing up a briefing based on several articles. It can get intimidating, but if you've written summaries often, it should be a breeze. They don't give you an actual example. you gotta run with it basically.
