I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bullhorn (Boston, MA) in Sept 2015
Interview
Initial email asking to complete online assessment to test cognitive ability. Then another similar test to verify cognitive ability only with a recruiter watching you take it. Then a pre-recorded technical interview with a recording asking you theoretical computer science terms while the camera records your answer to send back to Bullhorn. Then phone interview with corporate recruiter. Then was supposed to talk to Senior Director of Engineering of QA department but ended up talking to someone else on his team who had a strong accent and unfortunately who I had a tough time understanding. A week after the interview with the team member I had to reach out to see what were the next steps as I had not heard from anyone. I was sent back an email saying that they had decided to move in a different direction with the position which I did not particularly understand given I had just spent 5 weeks interviewing with the company. When I sent back an email asking for feedback for future applications to Bullhorn I did not receive a response.

What is the difference between a linked list and an array?
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bullhorn (Boston, MA) in Dec 2016
Interview
My interview experience with Bullhorn was extremely easy going and probably one of most relaxing I've ever had. Before the onsite interview they sent me an email detailing exactly what to prepare for. This covered everything from the 15 minute assessment test to general interviewing tips. They even included a list of everyone that I was meeting with, which allowed me to prepare questions beforehand.
The interview itself consisted of questions about my background in QA as well as a few situational questions. Everyone I met with was unbelievably nice, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. Overall I had a great experience and would like to thank the Bullhorn staff for making my interview so pleasant!

Questions about testing a simple web page with a database
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bullhorn (Boston, MA) in Nov 2015
Interview
They sent me an email for online assessment test link after two days I applied for the position. The test was to answer 50 personality questions and 50 aptitude questions. The aptitude test was timed for 15 minutes. About a week later, I received another email for an invitation for validation assessment. That was through the Google hangout video call that the recruiter recorded me taking the aptitude test and came back after 15 minutes to end the call, when the timed test was finished. After two weeks, I received a rejection email that they decided to move forward with other candidates who more closely match their current requirements. The aptitude test was basically about math (usually about percentage calculation), verbal (GMAT/SAT types of questions), logic-game, and IQ test-kind of questions that you have to rush solving 50 questions in 15 minutes. To add some comments how I think about this personally, I didn't really prepare for this kind of test and I feel like I should do something to be ready for this kind of quiz in order to get a real interview.

I really appreciate this feedback, and want you to know that we have adjusted the order of the assessment validation in our process, based on your review and a few others that we received. I'm sorry that it did not work out this time around, and hope our paths cross again in the future!
