The interview process was pleasant and seemingly went well. I met for the initial interview with the Talent Acquisition individual, and then was quickly scheduled for a second interview with the Hiring Manager. That seemed to go well because I was told that I would be moving onto the third round of interviews. I was asked my availability, and that is when the communication started to get worse. It took about 2 weeks to get back to me, only to say they were still waiting on scheduling. The last I have now heard from them is August 1st. For how much they make a big deal about "Be Human" as one of their core values, I would have expected at least minimal communication if a role was filled and/or they were not moving forward with my application.
