I went from an over the phone interview to an in person interview, but overall it was not a complicated process. I was asked standard questions over the phone, and when I went for my in person interview, I was asked things like my schedule, transportation etc.

They just described to me what it’s like being a stock associate and they told me my hours and and ask me questions about who I am. And I was hired on the spot.

I applied and got an interview one day later. It was a phone interview and they didn't call me so I had to call back. After that, they just asked basic questions.
