Interview
After applying online Burns contacted me via email to set up a phone interview. We disscussed the responsibilities that fall on day to day tasks. We also discussed alternative positions in the company to try and match my skills within Burns and McDonnell.

What have you done to overcome problem when working with a team?
Good and straightforward, they didn't have much of a reaction during the interview. In heavy industrial engineering, "no reaction" often means "no objections." Silence during the interview and throughout the process.

Interview
The interview process included making a 10-15 minute long presentation about myself and my experience, followed by a 45 minute long interview. I was then taken to get lunch with the team to be able to ask questions to them in a more casual setting.
