Got first interview a couple weeks after job fair at my school. Interview took about 30 minutes and was with just one HR rep. She just asked mostly behavioral questions. What motivates me, why I chose Burns and Mac. A difficult situation I have had experience with and how it was handled. and just talked about other job experiences. Pretty relaxed interview as my interviewer was very friendly as she typed away and recorded all my answers. Overall, great experience.

Did the pre-recorded interview. You are allowed to retake your video once, but you have to move on with the new video. They are looking for genuine interest in the company and for how your skills align with what they are seeking.

It was a pre recorded one online with 6 proper questions and a few short written questions too. It felt relaxed and normal ish conversation questions. You had around 30 seconds to prepare

one time if you mess up. i would recommend using the retake option as the yes rooms does not change
