The HR Director called me after I applied and we chatted for about an hour regarding my background, the position, opportunity to grow within the company, and any questions I had. I then came in for an in-person interview and sat down with the HR Director and Recruiting team. I appreciated their time in answering all of my questions and making me feel so comfortable and welcome. I received an offer following my in-person interview.
