Interview
I spent several months interviewing for this role, speaking with multiple team members and investing significant time and effort, only to be left completely without communication or closure at the end of the process. Extremely disappointing experience.

Interview
I completed the recruiter screening and was then asked to do an unpaid writing sample. I was told not to spend more than 30 minutes completing the task. It seemed strange to me that I was asked for a sample before meeting with the hiring manager. I have many samples I could have submitted without having to do unpaid work for them. About 2 weeks after I submitted I was told I was not selected for the job.
