I applied online. Had an initial screening call with the recruiting manager, general questions about my background and experience and an opportunity to ask a bit about the role.
Then had a call with the Head of Product- again quite general around experience, behavioural questions. The hiring manager came back with some feedback, which is always very helpful.
Then had a case study (timed for 3 hours) where I was given some information and had to create an excel of how I would analyse it, answering a few questions about the process etc. Quite challenging and interesting, with the biggest limitation being the time pressure (as this is something that can take anywhere between a day and a few weeks to do well). Great form of pressure testing and a good way to see whether the role is a fit for you (as well as whether you'd fit the role).
