After the interview time and date is set by the Recruiter, went for the first interview session with the Team Lead and the second interview session with someone from HR Department.

Question 1
What is the latest issue that's happening around the world?
The interview only have 1 stage and they will call 3 candidates at once and the session usually took less than 30 mins. After the interview was done, the recruiter gave me the result immediately and onboarding was very smooth. However, for me, i applied the position approximately 6 months ago and got the interview recently.

It was all about asking your logic and judgement based on the video they will show.
I interviewed at ByteDance (Casablanca, Greater Casablanca)
Interview
3 staged interview, asking about general inormation. previous job experiences. knowledge about tiktok trends , and how it works.
asked whether i can work late shifts, work the weekends, if i understand mena regions' dialects
3 times of interviews with HR and TL.
20% was in English, 80% was Japanese as I remember.
The atmosphere was pretty good, and they made me feel comfortable.
But noticed me content moderator is really hard.
