They work pretty quickly. One phone interview and then one virtual panel interview before they make their decision. The process was very easy and the company’s mission aligned with wanting to help the community.

The interview process consisted of a single round with a panel of three, lasting an hour and focusing on situational and behavioral questions—many of which had no relevance to the advertised role description. Surprisingly, there was no initial screening call to discuss the role or candidate fit, making the process feel overwhelming and poorly structured. Also, the recruiter was cold to me because I asked him to repeat the question. Come on, candidates are already nervous when appearing for an interview. You don't have to be so cold and rude. Despite interviewing in November 2024 and being assured of feedback after Thanksgiving, I've followed up multiple times without any response. It seems they're seeking a beyond perfect candidate while failing to meet basic recruitment standards, like timely communication. This inefficient process, coupled with irrelevant questions, reflects poorly on the company. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone in their job search—avoid this company if you can.

Interview
One in-person interview at their Weslaco office and was given an 80 minute assessment afterwards.
They called me in almost 15 minutes after my interview was scheduled and the hiring manager felt combative with my answers during the interview. I never experienced this kind of behavior with any company prior, this ultimately led me to withdraw my application.
I only recommend if you are desperate for experience in data, the pay range is low for role and manager seems to have very high expectations with work demands.
