Straightforward and open. the job role is very much sales based so relevant skills will be useful in that regard. Interview is pretty easy as they put you at ease. They are looking for a desire to acheive targets and kpis.

Initial contact was about a 15 minute interview with a talent acquisition representative. She did a great job of describing the comapnies culture, outlining the responsibilities of the role, while aslo getting to know about me, and my work history/experience. On that call I was notified I would receive a request to schedule an interview time with a vp of operations and operations manager. Within a week I had that interview, which was essentially a deeper dive into the same topics covered in the initial interview. Overall, it was a much more streamlined and concise interview process than what I have experienced with most other companies, and I appreciated that. After that second interview I was told I would hear back within a week, and I did!
