I had an incredibly frustrating experience with C3 AI's hiring process. After multiple interviews and being told I was moving to Round 3, I suddenly received an email from a completely different HR representative stating that "there had been a shift in hiring priorities" and that all further interviews had been canceled. No explanation, no courtesy. Despite following up for clarification (after investing significant time, including a detailed 90-day execution plan), I was met with silence. HR was completely checked out and showed no respect for candidates' time or effort. This is yet another company that farms free work under the guise of “interviews” and then ghosts candidates. If you’re considering applying here, be wary of putting in too much effort—they may just pull the plug without a word.
