3 rounds after a phone interview. A written test, demo class, managerial interview and HR interview.
They asked me about previous experiences in training and the challenges i faced and how i overcame them. Most of the questions they asked were subject related and they were some of the toughest questions that could be asked.

Almost all questions were median to difficult. The type of questions ranged from puzzles, situation reaction test, Demo question preparation, technical questions in my domain (data structures and algorithms), current affairs, sports and they even asked to do a case study analysis.

Shortlist of Resume followed by phone interview.
The shortlisted candidates were interviewed in their office. Written test was followed by a stress interview. The written interview was very simple. 10 MCQs followed by 5 descriptive qns. The interviewer mostly checked the analytical skills, situation management and Decision making skills. They gave some case examples and asked how I react to the situation.
