I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CASTLE GLOBAL (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Two rounds of phone screens, one with the manager and one, more technical with a team member. A couple weeks later, a two-hour on-site. This included the manager again, which felt like an exploration of tech philosophy/culture fit. Then the CTO did a bit more of a technical and problem-solving evaluation. Lastly, the CEO came in and did what felt like a slightly confrontational version of a negotiation, immediately bringing up significant red flags like contract-to-hire, a management style where everyone always has to be in the office because that's how they "move fast", and a concern, odd at the CEO level, with a lack of experience with the specific tools they happen to be using. Overall, the on-site interview process seemed not very well organized, with multiple recruiters involved. When I arrived, I was immediately put into the room, and once the CEO was done with me, it seemed like I was expected to find my own way out. Sadly, despite coming with an open mind, I left with the impression that this is still the same company as the negative reviews here on GD.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CASTLE GLOBAL (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was contacted by the CEO on a Job portal. Initially a technical round with a Lead DevOps Engineer Which went very well. After that i was invited for onsite interview in San Francisco.
Onsite went for 2 hours. My interviewers kept it more as conversational. Asked about my background few coding questions, questions on docker, Linux,How dns works, and scenario based questions.Over all i would say its pretty good experience for me. They gave me the feedback end of the day. Unfortunately they are looking for people who has more experience on physical servers which i don't have.
