They give you a huge test task (3 beefy assignments) with a deadline that is unrealistic for people who have full time jobs (less than one week) I made a significant effort to reorganize my schedule just to be able to get the task done on time. Yet after asking so much effort from candidates in the initial stage, they don't even provide basic feedback on your test. You just get a generic rejection letter. That's really not cool. If they are going to ask for this much work right out of the gate, they should at least offer some basic feedback on the candidates' assignments.
