Interview was a series of 5 back to back meetings, 20-30 min each, with 1-2 interviewers. This allowed a good chance to converse with each interviewer and get a feel for them, and presumably for them to do the same, but ended up covering a lot of the same ground multiple times. Interview was entirely non-technical, and instead focused on past experience, needs for the current position and a few "standard interview"-type questions per interviewer (each interviewer had a sheet of typical questions that appeared to have been sent out by HR that many selected one or two questions from, in addition to the general discussion of past experience, etc). Interviewers included hiring manager, likely direct supervisor for the position, a few people tangentially related to the position (geologists, water treatment engineer (position was for remediation engineering) and a more senior mid-level engineer).
