screening phone call, HR phone call, supervisor interview. The screening phone call was to learn about the position and they learn about what you're looking for. HR phone call is standard questions and lastly you are interviewed by the supervisor of your team.

It was a very good process. Want to know the person, not just the skills. Want to find people that will fit in the culture and are willing to learn and grow.

Entails first pass screening with HR, two interviews (one likely virtual with multiple offices, one in-person), then an offer. Conversation based. They didn’t look at my portfolio-only resume and my network.
