Passed the Technical interview, then had an interview with the VP R&D and the SW Architect that was a complete joke, the VP R&D answered her phone mid interview without even apologizing, the SW Architect seems like he didn't know anything and also wandered around the house in the middle of the interview(!) never had something like that... Avoid at all cost
