It was fine. Panel of 3 recruiters. Straight forward questions. The interview Includes typing assessment which is easy and then you have a few questions to answer which are very straight forward
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CHS Healthcare (Sutton Coldfield, England) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was called to complete a personality test over the phone before I was brought in to interview. They were friendly and accommodating. The interview lasted about an hour.
I applied online. I interviewed at CHS Healthcare (Crawley, West Sussex, South East England, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Telephone Interview - 1st stage. Lady called and, to be honest, was rude, aggressive and made the interview more of a Police interrogation than job application process. I was constantly talked over and I decided very quickly that this was not the kind of company culture that I would ever want to work for. A bizarre and unpleasant experience.
