I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at CIBC
Interview
Had the interview with HR in the office after referred by the current employee. Asked on some general questions and behavior questions. Answered by telling them stories. The interview lasted around 30 to 40 minutes.
New grad, emailed a LinkedIn connection expressing interest and was called in for an interview. Positive experience throughout the interview, warm and genuine. I was told I moved to the second round but didn't hear back. I was later told they went with someone else.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2020
Interview
Thorough and detailed, I had to meet with a hiring manager and then with the manager I would have worked with if I got the job. The process was very personable and warm, I felt like I was having just an everyday conversation rather than an interview, I enjoyed the process
