After filling in a website hosted form, I was called for interview and invited to select a time slot, which really helped me as I was working part time so able to fit it in without taking a precious day off work! The interview was preceeded by a paper exercise, and it was conducted by two people, one of which was to be my one-up. My line manager was new in post so didn't interview me. The interview was straightforward and friendly, and gave me a great impression of the company - which turned out to be accurate! I left the interview really pleased and hoped for a swift answer - they called me back within an hour,

Interview
My interview with the manageress of the shop was informative as she went through the role, training and health and safety procedures making sure I understood everything she was telling me and would have repeated anything necessary, she is easy to approach and happy to help with any problems.
