One interview with the hiring manager in a room in the reception area of CMC Esterline. We couldn't go pass the area because CMC doesn`t let guest into the company.

Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and I was asked provide a reference and write an C programming exam. After those items were deemed acceptable, I got a call from CMC for an interview with a manager and a HR representative. Standard lines of questioning followed; Why CMC? What kind of job are you looking for? You said you worked at X, could you describe your experience? How do you handle stress? After that, I got called back for a second interview with 3 managers who were most interested in my previous work experience and the projects I had listed on my CV.
It took place through a skype call, multiple interviewers were there to ask questions as multiple positions were looking to get filled. It was about a 30 minute interview. It was very straightforward, however I didn't know which position I would get until I received the offer.
