1st Part- Online assessment
2nd part- Phone Interview
3rd part- 30 Min virtual Interview
You need to submit your video while taking to the camera if approved HR will do 15 Min phone screening interview if you fit the criteria you will be called for main and last stage of interview which I quite manageable (pro tip: watch Youtube videos of CSR, helps a lot)

It was an ai process, which is not the best ideal way to interview someone.
It was a few minutes and then you wait until they reach out with an offer or not.

Interview
Online where you record your answers via a non live digital interview. After the questions there are a few mini games. Then there is a personality quiz. Afterwards it says that management will review and get back to you.
