Interview
The hiring manager contacted me by phone to invite me for a group interview, which then took place at 8am. There were a few stages of the interview, which included choosing an item which represented you to introduce yourself to the group; choosing an outfit for a customer scenario; working with the group to prioritise a list of tasks; and finally a solo interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
The interview process was average. It was a group interview so you have to answer questions in front of other people. I also had a style an outfit. It was fun.

It was a assessment setting with a group of people. We went through a series of activities which tested styling, merchandising and teamwork. Assessors prioritised communication and learning as well as flexibility.
