The interview process was smooth and CPCS does a great job at communicating with the interviewee. After applying, there was a screening interview which was then followed by a case study. After submitting, there was another interview with supervisors you will be working for/with. A final interview to tell you whether you got the job plus follow-up/logistics.
Quick call with HR professional then an interview with reporting managers. It was pretty chill and got asked for my French proficiency where I stumbled a little. The interview was very interesting and felt respected, even as someone who’s coming straight out of school.
