Interview
For a seemingly simple role as an EA, the selection process had multiple stages and took a long time. I had applied on Jan 14th and only got the final response by Feb 23rd.
First there was a basic screening by the HR, then a phone interview with a senior employee, then face-to-face interview with head of the Asset Mgmt dept and finally with CRISIL's client who had an EA vacancy and had requested for candidates through CRISIL
I had cleared all the rounds and in the end I met the client and he said that I am 'overqualified' despite the fact that I am a fresher. And he mentioned in the end that they will make their decision by the end of February 2020. Later on I decided to email the HR regarding the status and they said the position is on hold. SUCH A LONG DRAWN INTERVIEWING PROCESS and I spent so much money and time to attend these interviews and in the end, they couldn't even bother to notify candidates. Clearly the HR and the client doesn't care about candidates. Pls be careful while applying for external positions with CRISIL's clients. CRISIL won't have much control over them beyond a point.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. I had 2 rounds of interview - one HR round then CXO level round. The interview was around understanding my profile and personality. The process completed within one day in 3-4 hours.

Walk through a project that you worked on

Interview
They posted a job in Naukri which mentions it's a walk in interview and a date and time and contact person name is mentioned.
On visiting at the gate guard asks whom to meet, on informing they check register n say no such person exists in the record. Then on asking him to check with HR he contacts some Ms Arti and asks to go inside after issuing an visitor i'd card.
Then receptionist scans barcode in the ID card and updates name n Govt I'd proof n clicks picture. She asks to wait at a small meeting room at ground floor.
After about half an hour an office boy comes and takes me to 4th floor. I am asked to sit at loby of 4th floor. I again wait for about an hour or more. All this while no one from HR bothers to come n speak, No one even asks for resume copy. Only interaction in 1Hour 30 mins is with security, receptionist & office boy. None of them even bothers to offer even a glass of water.
After wasting over 90 minutes I leave as it seems the HR people don't value others time and consider candidates as crap.
