First there's a case study and then there are two rounds of interviews. They asked me stock market updates which was quite odd. Overall it was an average experience, but questions like these throw you off and if decisions are based on these types of questions, then its unfortunate.

Interview
I was hired from campus. There was a Group Discussion round on evolving rating movies and factors to consider for rating. This was followed by an interview round. The interview was taken by a Senior Director and a Director from Business and another Director from HR. It was a short interview mainly focussed on what I had done in MBA and why I wanted to join CRISIL.
