CSHS interview questions

The first question the interviewer asked was if I could relocate, and I stated after looking at compensation and their company I was more than happy to relocate. This then transitioned into compensation when I stated that I would need 1.30x what I was currently making to be able to transition comfortably into their company, This was also less than what glassdoor estimated the position salary to be at. The interviewer then let me know that this was not something that would be able to happen and offered me a pay grade less than what I am currently making. The interview swiftly ended afterward.

The interview process was simple. Applied via Indeed, a recruiter reached out to me. After this a hiring manager reached out for a virtual interview. Within the next two weeks I was offered a position. I had another opportunity that I decided to pursue.
