They cover from basics digital , network , cmos , electronic devices and circuits to high level ASIC FLOW all the steps in that

1st round was technical descriptive written test where one has to solve circuit problems
Followed by 2 technical interview rounds
In first technical round interviewer mainly asked questions on RC circuits and how that circuit behaves before and after applying the voltage
