I just casually asked for current vacancies and had a quick chat with the manager at the time, he told me to drop in my CV later as they were indeed looking for people. A few days later he offered me the job.
Basic questions about yourself and your work experience, questions on leading a team and your knowledge of the company. Covering work hours and different branches if needed. What do you know about Caffè Nero.
They said they would call me for a telephone interview and never bothered. Emailed to follow up but never heard anything back from them. I personally wouldn't bother with them anymore

Interview
Interview feels more casual, fast paced. Had a quick tour of the cafe once it ended. Staff seemed friendly too, so overall not a bad experience. Cafe was a little busy so a bit hard to hear and focus, but that makes it feel less daunting.
