Talked to a professor who did research that did interesting work. Also helped that I am an active participant of his lectures. Show that you are self driven and am capable of handling tasks without much guidance.

Interview
The process was very easy and straight forward. All the interview process was, was a simple question on why I wanted to work at the foundation and a submission of a resume. THe process was very smooth overall and enjoyable.
